2 sticks margarine, softened
1 c. oil
1 egg
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
3 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. crushed cornflakes
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream margarine in large mixing bowl. Beat in oil and egg. Sift together flour, salt, brown sugar, white sugar and soda. Beat in the top mixture and add vanilla. With wooden spoon, fold in crushed cornflakes, oatmeal and chopped nuts. Shape in small balls and place on greased cookie sheet and press with fork. Do not put too close to each other. Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 15 minutes. Yield: 125 cookies.
