Cheese And Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices Swiss cheese (each 7 x 4-inch)
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1/2 c. cooked, chopped frozen spinach (10 oz. pkg.)
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 (5 oz.) can ham, chicken or turkey
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. half and half
    2 tsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place Swiss cheese on bottom of pie shell.
    Sprinkle with spinach, mushrooms and meat. Mix next 4 ingredients together. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Makes 4 main-dish servings.
