Sweet And Sour Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. Hillshire Farm turkey sausage, thinly sliced
    1 bottle red Kraft barbecue sauce
    1 (8 oz.) jar peach preserves
    1 large bell pepper, thinly sliced
    1 small can chunk pineapple
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 medium jar sliced mushrooms
    1 large onion, chopped
Preparation
    Combine barbecue sauce and preserves in a large skillet and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes.
    Serve over hot rice.
