Grandma Mason'S Congo Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. brown sugar
    2/3 c. melted butter
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. nuts
    1 pkg. chocolate chips
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Pour melted butter over sugar.
    Stir. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into 10 x 15-inch greased and floured baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
