Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    frozen hash browns
    6 or 7 eggs
    1 stick oleo or butter
    1 pt. half and half or canned milk
    3/4 lb. melted Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Brown the sausage.
    Beat the eggs and combine with hash browns.
    Mix together melted butter, milk and cheese.
    Place all in a baking dish and top with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
