Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag hash brown potatoes
    1 stick butter
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all together and pour in a greased casserole.
    Top with paprika and more grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
