Sweet-Sour Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    venison steaks
    6 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil and place in a covered roasting pan. Combine remaining ingredients and cover the steaks with this sauce.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes per pound, basting frequently, with the sauce.
