Fudge Puddles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo or butter
    1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. light brown sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream together the first 4 ingredients.
    Add the egg and vanilla.
    Add the flour, soda and salt to the creamed mixture. Mix well.
    Chill 1 hour.
    Shape into 40 balls, 1-inch each.
    Place in lightly greased tassie pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 14 to 16 minutes, or until lightly browned.
    Remove from oven and make wells in the center of each by gently pressing with melon baller. Cool 5 minutes; remove to wire racks.
