Pork Chops And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 pork chops
    salt and pepper
    flour
    1 small onion, diced
    1 small can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Season\tpork
    chops
    with
    salt
    and pepper.
    Dredge in flour and
    brown\tslowly\ton both sides.\tAdd diced onion and mushrooms over
    pork\tchops.\tMix cream of mushroom soup with water;\tpour over
    chops, onion and mushrooms.
    Cover; simmer for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until tender.
