Fresh Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. Crisco oil
    4 eggs
    1 c. sweet milk
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix oil and sugar; beat on medium speed.
    Add eggs, one at a time; beat well.
    Add flour, sweet milk and vanilla; beat 3 minutes.
    Spray 3 cake pans with Pam.
    Pour batter into pans. Bake at 325\u00b0 or 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
