Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

pastry for 2 crust pie
4 c. pared, cubed zucchini
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/3 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 eggs, beaten

Preparation

One teaspoon cinnamon may be used instead of apple pie spice.
