Christmas Morning Brunch(Must Be Prepared Ahead) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. seasoned croutons
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. pork sausage, browned and drained
    6 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. yellow mustard
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk, added to soup
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour in croutons.
    Spread cheese over croutons.
    Layer sausage over cheese.
    Blend in eggs, 2 1/2 cups of milk and mustard.
    Pour over layers.
    Let set in refrigerator overnight or at least 2 hours.
    Blend soup and other 1/2 cup of milk together and spread over rest after it set.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
    Yields 8 servings.
