Ingredients
    approximately 2 lb. poke salat
    about 1/2 c. hot Wesson oil
    salt and pepper
    4 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Wash and parboil poke salat.
    After parboiling, drain and put into hot Wesson oil in iron skillet; salt and pepper.
    After tendering, add beaten eggs and finish cooking.
