Irish Potato Pudding(A Corn Shucking Dessert) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. coarsely creamed potatoes
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients; place in a 9 x 13-inch greased baking pan or dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes, then, with a spoon, pull cooked edges from sides of pan and allow uncooked portion to fill in around the edges.
Continue to cook for 30 more minutes, or until firm consistency is obtained.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
