Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, cut in 3/4-inch cubes
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash of seasoned salt
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms or 1 (4 oz.) can
    1 minced garlic clove
    1 (10 oz.) can condensed beef consomme or 1 bouillon cube dissolved in 10 oz. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1 c. commercial sour cream
    cooked noodles
Preparation
    Note:
    If using beef consomme soup, add 1 can of water.
