Quiche Lorraine(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell, prebaked
    6 slices bacon, cooked
    3 green onions, thin sliced
    2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. mustard
    4 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Crumble bacon into small pieces.
    Reserve 1 teaspoon of bacon and
    1
    teaspoon
    of
    onion slices for topping.
    Spread bacon
    and onions
    evenly
    in
    bottom of pie shell.
    Sprinkle grated\tcheese over bacon and onions.
    In a 2-cup micro-proof measure, heat milk on High setting for 3 minutes.
    Mix mustard in
    beaten
    eggs. Gradually
    add
    hot milk as you stir.
    Pour carefully
    into pie shell.
    Sprinkle reserved bacon and onions on
    top.
    Cook
    on
    70 (Roast)
    for 12 to 14 minutes or until center
    is
    barely set. Let stand for 20 minutes before serving.
