Turkey Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. flour
4 c. turkey broth
cooked giblets or hard-boiled eggs chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Put oil in a pot or skillet over medium heat. Add flour; stirring until just brown. Stir in broth. Reduce heat to low and let simmer until thickened. When thickened add the chopped giblets or eggs. Add salt and pepper if needed.
