Stuffed Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. very lean ground beef
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1/3 c. ketchup
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Prepare stuffing mix per package directions.
    Combine ground beef, soup mix, ketchup, egg and water in bowl.
    Mix well.
    Spread 1/2 of ground beef mixture into casserole dish. Spread stuffing mixture evenly over beef mixture.
    Top with remaining beef mixture.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, remove cover and bake for additional 15 minutes until top of loaf is brown.
