Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            5 chicken breasts
 
12 corn tortillas
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chillies
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) can chopped tomatoes and green chillies
2 Tbsp. Old El Paso hot sauce
1 c. sour cream
1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
- 
                            Cook chicken and cut into small chunks.
 
Cut tortillas into 1-inch squares.
Grate cheese.
