Super Moist Raisin-Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. raisins
1 c. water
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. Crisco
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. oats

Preparation

Place raisins and water in saucepan.
Bring to a boil about 3 minutes on low heat.
Set aside to cool.
Do not drain.
