Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 t. salt
2 1/4 c. milk
1 t. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs, add sugar and salt.
Blend well, add milk and vanilla.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until custard is done.
