Chicken Helene(Makes 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut up
    flour seasoned with salt and pepper
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions (tops included)
    1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms, lightly sauteed in butter
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen artichoke hearts, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Dust chicken with seasoned flour.
    Melt 4 tablespoons of the butter in a shallow baking dish.
    Place chicken, skin side down, in pan and bake, uncovered, in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
