Greek Oven Fries - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium baking potatoes (1 lb.), unpeeled
2 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. malt vinegar
Preparation

Scrub potatoes; cut each lengthwise into 8 wedges.
Place wedges in a bowl; cover with cold water.
Let stand 30 minutes; drain.
Pat dry with paper towels. Toss potatoes with oil; place, skin side down, on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Combine oregano, pepper and salt; sprinkle evenly over potatoes. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and browned.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with vinegar.
Yields 4 servings.
Serve immediately.
