Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon
    1 bag spinach, room temperature
    1 tsp. minced onion
    2 tsp. red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Fry bacon and reserve grease.
    Combine last 5 ingredients in grease.
    Stir until all combined.
    Pour over shredded spinach, crumbled bacon and mushrooms.
