Soft Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. honey
1 c. sour cream
2 to 3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
2 eggs, unbeaten
1 to 2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda

Preparation

Cream together butter and sugar, add eggs and honey; mix with mixer.
Add sour cream and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients. Mix and chill at least 1 hour.
Cut and bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes. Frost.
