Ingredients

2 c. chopped unpeeled apples
3/4 c. sliced celery
1/3 c. pitted whole dates, snipped
1/2 c. vanilla yogurt
Preparation

Combine apples, celery and oats.
Combine yogurt with a dash of salt.
Add to fruit mixture; toss.
Garnish with celery leaves, if desired.
Serves 4.
