Squash Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 medium squash, grated
1 medium onion, diced
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. meal

Preparation

Mix the ingredients together.
Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil. Fry until golden brown.
Drain on paper towel.
Really delicious.
