Chicken Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken meat, shredded
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. mushrooms
2 c. sour cream
1 pkg. Pillsbury biscuits
3 eggs, beaten
cornflakes, crushed
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine chicken, cheese, celery, onion, mushrooms and sour cream.
Spread out individual biscuits.
Spoon chicken mixture onto center of biscuit and roll up, securing ends so mixture doesn't fall out.
Roll stuffed biscuit in beaten eggs and then in crushed cornflakes.
Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
Serve hot or cold.
