Acorn Squash With Dates And Walnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 small acorn squash
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. chopped dates
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/3 c. red currant jelly
    3 Tbsp. butter
    lemon rind curls (garnish)
Preparation
    Cut squash in half crosswise; remove seeds.
    Place squash halves, cut side up, in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan. Combine dates and walnuts; spoon into squash.
