Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini, peeled and sliced
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. Bisquick
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 clove garlic, diced or 1 tsp. garlic powder
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, mix together eggs and oil.
    Add onion and garlic.
    Add Bisquick, Parmesan cheese, parsley and oregano.
    Mix well with wooden spoon.
    Add zucchini; mix until moistened.
    Sprinkle in salt and pepper as desired. Pour into lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
