Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 1/4 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 (1 oz.) bottles red food coloring
    1 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix Crisco with sugar, add eggs, flour (sifted twice), cocoa and salt.
    Alternately add buttermilk, then vanilla and food coloring.
    Beat well.
    Fold in soda dissolved in vinegar.
    Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
