Meat Jamboree - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. Crisco
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2/3 c. tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. cooked elbow macaroni
    3/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown onions and pepper, then add meat and cook 5 minutes.
    Add soup and water to meat and cook 5 minutes.
    Place 1 cup macaroni in casserole.
    Add layer of meat and layer of cheese.
    Add second layer of each.
    Cover and cook 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove cover and cook 10 minutes longer.
