Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground ham
    1/2 lb. ground lean pork
    2 eggs
    1 1/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    4 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix ham, pork, eggs, bread crumbs, milk, 1/4 cup of the brown sugar, 2 teaspoons of the mustard and the pepper.
    Spread ham mixture in ungreased loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inch or 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch).
    Mix remaining brown sugar and mustard; spread over ham mixture.
    Cook, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven until done, about 1 1/2 hours.
    Yields 8 servings.
