Ricotta Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 lb. Ricotta
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Prepare cake mix according to directions on box.
    Pour into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan.
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar, Ricotta and vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Pour mixture over cake batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Open oven door and let cool in oven for 1 hour.
    When completely cool, cut into squares and remove from pan with spatula.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Keep refrigerated.
