San Antonio Picante Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 28 oz. can tomatoes, drained
    1 medium onion
    1 jalapeno pepper (or to taste)
    3 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in food processor and mix until well blended, but not pureed totally. Refrigerate for several hours to maximize seasoning.
