P. B. Graham Snackers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter flavor Crisco
    2 c. powdered sugar
    3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs, crushed peanuts or chocolate sprinkles
Preparation
    Combine Crisco, powdered sugar and peanut butter in a large bowl.
    Beat at low speed with electric mixer until well blended. Stir in 1 cup of crumbs and chocolate chips.
    Cover.
    Refrigerate 1 hour.
    Form dough into 1-inch balls.
    roll in 1/2 cup of crumbs for a fancier cookie.
    Cover.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 3 dozen.
