Chicken Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced, cooked chicken
2 large carrots, grated
1 onion, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 medium potato, diced
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 lb. can tomatoes with juice or 1 lb. fresh tomatoes, peeled and chopped plus 6 oz. can of tomato juice
pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
Serves 6.
