Macaroni And Cheese(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. elbow macaroni
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
Preparation
    Cook macaroni by package directions.
    Drain.
    Place in 2-quart microproof casserole.
    Set aside.
    Place butter in 4 cup glass measure.
    Cook on High for 1 minute or until melted.
    Stir in flour until blended.
    Pour milk into 2 cup glass measure.
    Cook on 70 for 2 minutes. Stir into flour-butter mixture.
    Cook on High for 5 to 6 minutes or until thickened; stirring frequently.
    Add salt and onion.
    Add cheese; stir until melted.
    Pour over macaroni.
    Blend well.
    Serve immediately.
