Seafood Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can tomato sauce
1 (26 oz.) catsup or 3 c.
1 can minced clams with juice
1 can sliced olives
1 jar sliced mushrooms
1 can chopped ortega chilies
1 (6 oz.) can crab or 1/2 lb.
2 small cans tiny shrimp
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
wine vinegar
sugar
minced onions
garlic
salt to taste
Preparation

Combine first 9 ingredients.
Add wine vinegar, sugar, minced onions, garlic and salt to taste.
Chill and serve with crackers and prawns.
Makes 50 servings.
