Candied Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. orange juice
1 c. sugar
2 to 3 c. pecan halves
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and microwave on Roast (70% power) for 6 minutes.
Stir and continue cooking until crystallized (8 to 10 minutes more).
Stir occasionally.
Spread pecans on waxed paper, separating pecans.
Let set until firm.
