Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (46 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 large onion, diced
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced carrot
    4 large potatoes
    2 Tbsp. thyme
    1 c. milk
    1/2 stick butter
    salt and pepper
    1 c. white corn
Preparation
    Put chicken broth, celery, carrots, onions, potatoes and thyme in pot with just enough water to cover.
    When tender, add milk and white corn.
    Cook 10 more minutes.
    Put through masher.
    If needs thickening, add small amount of flour.
    Takes about 1 hour.
