Tex-Mex Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    2 (10 oz.) cans refried beans (jalapeno)
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 large can chopped black olives
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 medium tomatoes, dug out and chopped
Preparation
    Mash avocados with lemon juice.
    Mix sour cream, taco mix and mayonnaise.
    Spread beans on large platter; top with avocado mixture and layer with sour cream mixture, tomatoes, olives and sprinkle with onions.
    Top with cheese.
