Quick Coconut Pie(No Crust) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 (7 oz.) can flaked coconut
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in electric blender; blend on low speed 3 minutes.
    Pour mixture into 2 lightly greased 8-inch pie plates and let stand 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle coconut over egg mixture.
    Press coconut into mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until set.
    Chill before serving.
