Greek Sarmas(Stuffed Grape Leaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. long grain rice
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    water
    1 jar grape leaves
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients with 1/2 cup tomato sauce in bowl. Place mixture in a grape leaf and fold around mixture.
    Place each grape leaf roll in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour remaining tomato sauce over top and pour water to cover.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
