Frosted Creams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. molasses
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. hot water
    1/2 tsp. soda, dissolved in the hot water
    pinch of salt
    1/8 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; place batter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Frost with thin powdered sugar frosting.
