Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped (thawed)
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 stick butter (margarine)
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms (use liquid)
Preparation
    Saute onion in the butter.
    Combine all ingredients and grate cheese on top (medium Cheddar).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
