Cheesy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boiled potatoes, peeled and chopped
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 c. crushed cornflakes, mixed with 1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Combine potatoes and butter in a large mixing bowl.
    Add salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese.
    Stir thoroughly. Pour into greased casserole dish (9 x 13-inch).
    Cover with crushed cornflakes mixed with melted butter.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
