Dijon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Dijon mustard
    1/2 c. water
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
    1 (8 oz.) bag herb seasoned stuffing, crushed
Preparation
    In a shallow bowl, combine mustard and water; dip the chicken pieces and then roll in stuffing.
    Place in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Sprinkle with the remaining stuffing.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until juices run clear.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
