Chicken A La Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breast halves, boned
    eggs, beaten
    salt
    pepper
    parsley
    bread crumbs
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    oregano to taste
    Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Dip chicken halves in beaten eggs with salt, pepper and parsley.
    Then roll in bread crumbs.
    Brown in hot oil.
    Place in a greased casserole dish.
    Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and oregano to taste.
    Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
    Place in 400\u00b0 oven to heat and melt cheese.
