Apple Dump Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. corn oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans, chopped
3 apples, chopped
cinnamon to taste
nutmeg to taste

Preparation

\"Dump\" all ingredients together in a large bowl and stir until well mixed.
Bake in a greased and floured tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Dust warm cake with powdered sugar, if desired.
